About The Role

Broadstairs college are seeking an Estates Assistant to join the East Kent Colleges Group. 
 
As an Estates Assistant, you will play an active key role in the Estates team, providing caretaking services across the college. The position covers a wide range of services normally associated with Estates, grounds keeping and maintenance functions.

In the role you will be responsible for carrying out unlock and lock duties of buildings, setting of intruder alarms before and after operational opening hours including weekends and will be a responsible key holder. You will also be part of the on-call team.
 
Working hours will include early and late shifts between the hours of 05:00 and 13:00 Monday to Thursday and 05:00 to 12:30 Fridays.

About You

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and conscientious member to our team. The successful candidate will be able to work on your own or as part of a team, flexible in your approach to tasks and shift patterns and have effective organisation skills and ability to work under pressure

Whilst experience would be an advantage what is more important is your enthusiasm.
